SHIPPING / RETURNS
Shipping: All orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days pending item availability and payment verification. We prefer to ship on Tuesdays. Because of the nature of our operation, sometimes it might take a few extra days, but we try to stay on top of things. You'll receive an email when you place an order and another when it ships. We care about reducing shipping waste, so we use recycled paper as much as possible - if there is single-use plastic in your box, it is because we are recycling it.
Once the Radavist has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, we can not be responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.
Local Pickup: Unfortunately, since our office is on private property, we're not allowed to do local pickup in Santa Fe.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide but cannot be responsible for packages once they leave the United States. We ship with tracking but it often doesn't cover your local carrier's tracking system. If your package is late, chances are your customs office has it, where you might be charged a customs fee. So yes, we ship worldwide but at your own risk and with the possibility of customs fees.
Returns: If for some unfortunate reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to refund full-priced items within 14 days of the date it was received. The item needs to be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know which item you are returning. We ask that you include a note including your order number. All returns will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping fees or provide return shipping at this time.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right.
Exchange policy: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
